Business Development Executive

Are you a high-achiever with a network in the construction industry? We are looking for Sales Executives to represent world-leading, high-performance construction brands in the Sri Lankan market.

The Role:

  • Brand Ambassadorship: Drive sales for globally recognized, high-performance construction materials.
  • Relationship Management: Leverage and expand your existing network of Architects, Consultants, and Contractors.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new project opportunities and secure specifications for our premium product range.
  • Technical Selling: Provide expert advice on specialty materials to stakeholders and project sites.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven track record in field sales (minimum 2-3 years).
  • Industry Network: Existing contacts with architects, developers, and construction stakeholders are highly preferred.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation skills, a go-getter attitude, and a passion for technical sales.
  • Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license.
  • Background: Experience in construction materials or hardware is a major advantage.
