The selected candidate will support the Bank’s digital banking initiatives in line with the Bank’s digital strategy and business objectives, focusing on implementing and enhancing digital banking services to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and business growth.
The incumbent will work closely with IT, Operations, and internal teams to ensure the successful rollout of digital solutions. The role will also monitor the Bank’s digital product portfolio, drive customer adoption and digital usage, identify improvement opportunities, contribute to revenue growth and ROI, whilst ensuring customer pain points are promptly addressed with relevant teams through timely solutions.
