SENIOR SITE SUPERVISOR / TECHNICAL OFFICER

Key Responsibilities (Small & Medium Scale Projects):

  • Lead and oversee multiple site operations related to aluminum and glass installations, including curtain walls, facades, shopfronts and partition systems.
  • Plan, coordinate and execute projects in accordance with approved timelines, shop drawings and quality standards.
  • Supervise on-site activities by managing subcontractors, fabricators and internal teams to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and within deadlines.
  • Interpret technical drawings and specifications and ensure accurate implementation at site.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, monitor project progress and prepare detailed daily/weekly reports for management.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, clients and contractors to resolve design and execution issues.
  • Monitor and control project costs by minimizing rework, material wastage and inefficiencies.
  • Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations, risk assessments, and safe work practices.
  • Ensuring all installations meet required standards and specifications.
  • Identify, troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical issues promptly to maintain workflow continuity.
  • Maintain strong communication with management, providing updates on risks, delays and project milestones.
  • Ensure project handover documentation is completed accurately, including checklist and final inspections.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and implementing best practices across projects.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in the Aluminum & Glass industry (mandatory).
  • Proven experience in handling medium-scale or multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of fabrication and installation processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with various team.
  • Able to work flexible hours when required.
