POST OF SPECIFICATIONS ENGINEER – CONSTRUCTION CHEMICALS

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain technical specifications, datasheets, and design documentation in line with project requirements and industry standards.
- Identify and engage with consultants, architects, and design engineers to promote company solutions.
- Secure product inclusion in project BOQs, tenders, and technical documents.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies, R&D and technical teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, seminars, and CPD sessions for design and consultant teams.
- Support project and sales teams with pre-sales technical assistance, post-sales coordination and training.
- Monitor project pipelines from design to execution, ensuring conversion from specification to sales.
- Prepare periodic reports on specification activities, consultant coverage, and project progress.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Sciences, or an equivalent discipline.
- Minimum one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in construction chemicals, building materials, or engineering consultancy.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, design standards, and specification preparation.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage technical audiences.
- Proficient in MS Office and other related software; in technical writing and documentation.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across functions.
