- Fluency in spoken English and Sinhala (Tamil will be an added advantage)
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with an outgoing personality
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented personality
- Ability to build and maintain good client relationships
- 1-5 years experience in real state (mandatory)
