China Lanka Motors, a rapidly growing automobile company is looking for dynamic and results-oriented SHOWROOM EXECUTIVES – SALES (Male & Female) for showroom operations, drive sales performance, and ensure an outstanding customer experience across physical and digital platforms.
No former experience needed. School leavers with right skills and attitude are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell our range of innovative EVs to individual and corporate customers.
- Identify new business opportunities, develop potential customer networks and generate new prospects.
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test-drive arrangements.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Build, maintain and deliver strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Maintain attractive showroom displays and support promotional activities in exhibitions, roadshows, and campaigns.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE Ord. Level qualification.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Sinhala, Tamil or English.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven personality.
- Ability to drive/ride and conduct product demonstrations is an advantage.
- Age below 40 years.
- Ability to travel within Sri Lanka when required.
