We are seeking Young energetic & qualified Individual for the below mentioned position for our factory located In Matugama.
HR Officer
Required qualification & experience
- Certificate/Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Human Resource field in a manufacturing organization.
- Should have experiences on handling welfare activities.
- Should have experiences on handling of administrative activities in HR department including recruitment.
- Should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
- Sound knowledge in MS Word & in Excel.
- Good oral and written communication in English.
- Age in below 35 years.
- Preferences would be given to those who are close proximity to Matugama.
- Salary will be depending on experiences and qualifications.
