This position acts as a liaison for Customer Service Management and assisting towards the satisfaction of both customers and tenants of the World Trade Center.
- Liaise between tenants and Overseas Realty (Ceylon) PLC (ORCL) after the tenant has moved into the building
- Ensure that the quality of services delivered to tenants by ORCL consistently meets the highest standards, benchmarked against internationally recognized World Trade Center facilities.
- Drive operational excellence to create an environment where tenants perceive WTC Colombo as surpassing both their expectations and prevailing local service standards.
Candidate Profile...
- Degree or part professional qualification in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 12 years' experience in Customer Relations Management in a similar environment.
- Good Communication and Public Relations skills.
- Understanding in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies.
- Age between 35 – 45.
