Senior Executive - Shopper Marketing & Category Operations

The Senior Executive – Shopper Marketing & Category Operations plays a critical role in driving category growth by translating consumer and shopper insights into impactful in market execution. This role partners closely with Marketing, Sales and Channel teams to deliver integrated shopper marketing strategies, ensure on time and in-full execution of category initiatives and achieve volume and value targets across channels. With a strong focus on analytics, execution excellence and cross-functional collaboration, the role directly contributes to strengthening brand performance, category leadership and commercial outcomes.

  • Drive delivery of the overall AE budget, ensuring month on month achievement of volume and value targets across assigned categories.
  • Develop and execute insight-led, differentiated Shopper Marketing strategies for both General Trade and Modern Trade channels, ensuring strong in market impact.
  • Translate Consumer Brand and Category strategies into integrated shopper, category and customer plans, working closely with Marketing, Sales and Channel teams.
  • Support category performance analysis by tracking post-activation results and identifying opportunities for optimization.

Who We Want

  • Degree in Business Management or a professional qualification in Marketing.
  • Minimum 03 years of experience in shopper marketing / trade marketing / retail marketing in FMCG sector.
  • Strong Excel/Power BI skills, ability to convert sales data and shopper insights for decision making.
  • Knowledge in shopper behaviour and activation design, category planning, retail execution tools, shopper segmentation.
