ASSISTANT GUEST SERVICES MANAGER (RUSSIAN SPEAKING)

Jawakara Islands Maldives is the epitome of traditional Maldivian luxury with a vibrant and modern twist. The islands are in an unexplored area of the Lhaviyani Atoll, with diverse and abundant marine life. With a choice of beach and over-water family villas, restaurants and bars, and a multitude of land and ocean-based activities.

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort environment in the Maldives.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages will be an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving and guest relations skills.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic team environment.
  • Guest-focused with a positive, professional, and proactive attitude.
