John Keells Properties leads the charge on the property development and real estate sector in Sri Lanka, with a significant portfolio of real estate in Colombo and the suburbs.
Property Sector of John Keells Group require the services of an Executive – Partnerships to gear itself in driving lead generation through on-ground activations, building strategic relationships, engaging prospective buyers, and ensuring seamless handover of qualified leads to the Sales team.
Job Profile
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing end-to-end pre- and post-sales processes while ensuring all system aspects of the sales cycle are consistently updated and maintained.
- Preparing offer letters and creating customer profiles in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all sales data.
- Coordinating with Customer Service and Legal teams for post-sales finalization, including overseeing documentation and agreement signings.
- Liaising with Finance for timely payment processing while ensuring compliance with AML and CRP requirements in all transactions.
- Managing agent partnerships, including contract creation, updates, renewals, and maintaining strong working relationships
- Processing agent commission payments accurately while ensuring adherence to internal policies and timelines.
- Managing price grids and handling system-related updates to reflect latest pricing and sales information
- Maintaining and updating the weekly partnership dashboard to track performance and support decision-making.
Personal Profile
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales/administration role or a role of a similar capacity.
- A Bachelor’s Degree or a professional qualification in Marketing/ Economics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
