EXECUTIVE / SENIOR EXECUTIVE
BRANCH MONITORING
Head Office – Kollupitiya
Job Profile
- Monitor end to end branch operations to ensure strict compliance with internal policies, SOPs, and CBSL regulatory requirements.
- Identify control weakness, operational gaps and deviations and escalate with clear recommendations.
- Ensure proper documentation is maintained at branch level (Fixed deposit & Savings account, Pawning, Loan Files, Approvals, CRIB Reports Registers etc.).
- Follow up with branch on audit findings, compliance gaps and pending corrective actions until closure.
- Conduct periodic branch visits/inspections and prepare detailed monitoring reports.
- Coordinate with internal audit, risk, finance and operations teams on branch related matters.
- Support investigation of irregular transactions, operational issues and customer complaints.
- Assist in developing and improving internal controls policies and operational procedure.
- Ensure proper implementation of new circulars, policies, and process updates across branches.
- Provide guidance and support to branch staff on compliance and operational matters.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum qualification in Finance, Banking, Business Administration or related field.
- Part qualification in CA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent will be an added advantage.
- 01 – 03 years of experience in finance, branch operations audit or monitoring functions.
- Strong analytical and report reviewing skills.
- Good knowledge of MS excel and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
