Product Specialist
Full-Time | Colombo, Sri Lanka
NETEX develops Netex ERP, HRM, and PMS — enterprise software for businesses and hotels in Sri Lanka. We are looking for a sharp, presentable individual to master our products and represent them.
We are looking for young, competent, and committed individual to a play a dynamic role in Product Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test our software against Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and report gaps and defects
- Become an expert user of all Netex products
- Join our Sales Manager on customer visits and deliver product demonstrations
- Channel customer feedback back to the product team
Candidate Profile:
- Degree/diploma in IT, Business Information Systems, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and good understanding of business processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- Confident presenting to business owners and senior managers; willing to travel
- ERP/Odoo exposure is an advantage; capable fresh graduates are welcome
