BRANCH OFFICER – KANDY

As we continue to lead and transform, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA Sri Lanka) is seeking a passionate and driven professional who embodies responsibility, adaptability and a commitment to excellence to take on this exciting role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support efficient and cost-effective branch operations.
- Achieve student recruitment targets through promotional activities.
- Assist in implementing student recruitment strategies and engaging with prospective students.
- Organise and participate in educational fairs, awareness programmes, and promotional events.
- Provide guidance and counselling to prospective students on available programmes.
- Build and maintain positive relations with students, schools, A/L tuition providers, learning partners, training partners, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate student-related activities, including orientation programmes and engagement initiatives.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between students, branch staff, and Head Office.
- Work closely with the staff and relevant divisions to deliver quality student services.
- Actively contribute to team projects and branch initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Higher Diploma or above in Marketing/Management from a recognised educational institute.
- Previous experience in handling student services or educational marketing will be an advantage.
- Fresh graduates passionate about student services and educational marketing are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in MS Office Package, and the ability to work in a computerised environment.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English and Sinhala.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive with a strong sense of initiative.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
