MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our facilities.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:
- A minimum of 4 - 6 years of experience in a similar capacity
- Full or part qualifications in Electrical / House Wiring from NAITA or VTA or any technical related institute
- Leadership qualities with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities (Electrical, Plumbing, AirCon and General Maintenance)
- Ensure equipment and facilities are operating efficiently and safely
- Plan and schedule preventive maintenance activities
- Monitor maintenance budgets and control costs
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors when necessary
