Customer Support Associate

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role or call center experience
  • Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala/Tamil, both verbal and written
  • Friendly, patient, and customer-oriented attitude
  • Attention to detail and commitment to providing good service

Job Duties:

  • Assist clients by answering general inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Provide clear and basic guidance to clients on service processes
  • Follow up on client tasks and ensure they are on track
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely updates
  • Address walk-in clients by providing initial assistance and directing them appropriately
