We are looking for a highly motivated assistant manager to join our team and drive corporate business growth by promoting our range of premium automobile solutions to corporate clients.

POSITION: ASSISTANT MANAGER - SALES (FORD)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Manage and motivate the sales team to maximise performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
  • Coordinate with marketing and after-sales teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and customer handling abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
