QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar managerial role (Hospitality/Restaurant preferred)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills
  • Solid understanding of food, beverage, customer service, and restaurant operations
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage operations independently
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Age below 40 years

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Lead, train, motivate, and supervise staff to maintain high performance standards
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and handle guest complaints professionally
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service quality in line with company standards
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control effectively
  • Coordinate with management and handle reporting procedures
  • Ensure compliance with all operational policies and procedures
