POST OF COMMIS III (STAFF KITCHEN)

Vivanta Colombo Airport Garden is seeking a talented and passionate Commis III to join our staff kitchen team. If you have a love for food, a strong work ethic, and the drive to grow in a professional kitchen environment, we want you on board!

Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily food preparation and cooking under the guidance of senior chefs.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.
  • Support smooth kitchen operations during breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
  • Contribute to menu development and bring creativity to staff meals.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a professional kitchen (cafeteria or hotel experience preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
  • Team player with a willingness to learn and grow.
