BRANCH COORDINATOR

American Premium Water, the pioneer in Sri Lanka’s bottled water industry & a market leader in the FMCG sector in Sri Lanka with a staff strength of over 1200, with an extended reach across Logistics & SCM, Construction, Polymer Packaging sectors within Sri Lanka as well as other Asian markets, is looking for Branch Coordinator - Anuradhapura for immediate employment. The ideal candidate should be dynamic, highly motivated, and results oriented with exceptional interpersonal skills.

Job Role

  • Coordinate daily branch operations including sales support and delivery scheduling.
  • Entering daily sales tickets to system.
  • Tallying stocks and Outstanding (daily, weekly and monthly).
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
  • Follow up on pending deliveries and outstanding collections.
  • Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Support warehouse and logistics activities to ensure efficiency.
  • Handle customer inquiries and coordinate resolutions for complaints.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and operational procedures.
  • Maintain punctuality and comply with assigned in-time and out-time.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in a coordination or operations role (preferably FMCG or water business).
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory and logistics processes.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
