Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients (corporates, travel partners, foreign employers)
- Reach out via calls, email, and platforms like LinkedIn
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads
- Follow up consistently and convert prospects into business opportunities
- Assist in developing partnerships and expanding the company’s network
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in client outreach and follow-ups
- Well-organized and target-oriented
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, tourism, or recruitment is an added advantage
