An IT Software Services and support company based in Colombo, is looking for an experienced Software Support Executive to join its team. The right candidate needs to have the following:
- Experienced in Supporting Software solutions.
- Installation and Setting up of business application software
- Ability to train end users on the Business application software.
- Good understanding of business process such as Inventory Management,
- Sales Management , and any other modules will be advantages.
- Has a good understanding of MS Sql Server and SQL commands
- Willing to work long hours, and travel any part of the Island.
- Team player, responsible and dependable.
- Ready take challenges, and respect company rules and norms.
- Has minimum 3 years work experience.
- Minimum IT qualification of Diploma is required.
