Vacancy for Site Engineer (Mabima & Kollonawa)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project schedules, allocate resources, and oversee execution to ensure timely completion.
- Monitor expenditures, optimize resource utilization, and ensure financial efficiency.
- Conduct site visits, assess risks, and implement mitigation strategies for smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements across all project activities.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
- Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and implement innovative solutions to improve project outcomes.
- Support business growth initiatives by contributing technical expertise, project insights, and client engagement activities.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is an added advantage.
- 4-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in Mechanical engineering industries.
- Strong knowledge of construction management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Familiarity with HSE regulations and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, and project management software.
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
