01 Position 01 – Accounts Executive
- Requirements:
- Part qualification in AAT, CA Sri Lanka, CIMA, or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Sound knowledge of accounting procedures and MS Excel
- Experience with Quick Books will be an added advantage
- Good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
02 Position 02 – Manager
- Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience, preferably in distribution, FMCG, or logistics operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage branch operations and achieve business targets
- Knowledge of inventory management and customer relationship management will be an added advantage
- Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall distribution operations
- Manage sales, distribution, and customer service functions
- Lead and motivate staff to achieve company objectives
- Monitor inventory and ensure operational efficiency
- Maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships
