POSITION
SENIOR TECHNICAL OFFICER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and monitor daily construction site activities.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress and prepare site reports.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in building/apartment construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, quality control, and site supervision.
- Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and construction-related documentation.
