ABOUT THIS ROLE
As a Coordinator – Project Sales, you will play a key role in supporting the Project Sales team by coordinating customer inquiries, project follow-ups, quotations, and sales administration activities. You will work closely with internal departments and customers to ensure smooth communication, timely responses, and efficient execution of project-related requirements. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting overall business operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and follow up on project sales inquiries and opportunities.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and project-related documentation.
- Support the Project Sales team in tracking project progress and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely responses and project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project updates.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and updates for management review.
QUALIFICATION
- Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, Sales, or a related field.
- Prior experience in the construction or project-based business sector will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, customer-focused, and results-oriented attitude.
