Finance Executive

Job Responsibilities
- Handle internal and external payment collections and settlements accurately and efficiently.
- Manage petty cash transactions and maintain proper records of all disbursements and reimbursements.
- Administer and monitor daily transactions, ensuring timely settlement and accurate documentation.
- Perform daily cash counts and reconcile cash balances at the end of each day.
- Prepare and deposit cash collections in accordance with company procedures and timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of all cash receipts, payments, and related transactions.
- Ensure compliance with approved guidelines, internal controls, and company policies while carrying out cashier responsibilities.
- Assist in maintaining proper financial documentation and support audit and verification requirements when necessary.
Job Requirements
- G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification.
- Part qualification in Accounting/Finance (will be an added advantage).
- Previous experience in a cashiering, finance, or accounting related role.
- Good numerical, reconciliation, and record-keeping skills.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
