Best Pacific Textiles Lanka (Pvt) Limited is a joint venture between Brandix Group & Best Pacific International Holdings Ltd. a Hong Kong Listed Company & the leader in Synthetic Fabric and Elastic supplied for branded clothing. We are manufacturing synthetic fabrics and elastics for direct & indirect exports to our end customers in Europe and USA.
EXECUTIVE - QA TESTING LAB
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and manage the Fabric & Elastic Testing Laboratory operations in line with company quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with Laboratory Accreditation requirements.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve Laboratory Quality Management Systems.
- Monitor and validate fabric/elastic testing processes to ensure accuracy, reliability, and consistency of test results.
- Maintain calibration, verification, and proper functioning of all laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Ensure adherence to standard testing methods and procedures in accordance with customer and international requirements.
- Conduct internal audits and support external audits related to laboratory accreditation and quality systems.
- Prepare and maintain all required documentation, records, and reports related to laboratory activities and compliance.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to support fabric quality assurance and troubleshooting.
SKILL PROFILE
- Bachelor's Degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Science or an equivalent qualification in related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in the textile/apparel industry.
- Hands-on experience in laboratory accreditation, laboratory quality management systems, textile testing standards, and calibration, validation, and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Good knowledge of audit processes and compliance requirements.
- Strong attention to detail with good record-keeping and documentation skills.
- Computer literacy in MS Office Package.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
