As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and results-oriented Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function and support our strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals and business growth plans.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee retention.
- Ensure compliance with Sri Lankan labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Lead employee engagement, welfare, disciplinary, grievance, and conflict-resolution initiatives.
- Oversee payroll administration, attendance management, leave administration, and HR reporting.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee competencies and productivity.
- Support succession planning, talent management, and organizational development initiatives.
- Maintain effective communication between management and employees while promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Manage HR audits, statutory compliance requirements, and ISO-related HR documentation.
Requirements
- Master Degree (HRM) or Bachelor's Degree (HRM) and Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR management experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan labor legislation and industrial relations practices.
- Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and HR policy implementation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR information systems.
