ASSISTANT MANAGER – QUALITY ASSURANCE
Based in Kadawath a | LEED Gold-Certified Printing Facility
We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and self-motivated professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager – Quality Assurance. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong quality management capabilities and a passion for continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar Quality Assurance role within the printing, packaging, manufacturing, or related industry is essential.
- University Degree or Professional Qualification in Quality Management, Printing Technology, Packaging Technology or a related field.
- Experience in handling customer complaints, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of printing and packaging quality parameters, colour management, inspection techniques, and quality control tools will be a distinct advantage.
- Strong analytical, numerical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive mindset with a high level of initiative, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and quality-related reporting systems.
