Senior Executive – Quality Assurance
Based in Kadawatha | LEED Gold-Certified Printing Facility
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven professional to join our team as a Senior Executive – Quality Assurance. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about quality, continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and maintaining high manufacturing standards within a fast-paced packaging environment.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar Quality Assurance capacity within the printing, packaging, manufacturing, or related industry is essential.
- Diploma, Higher Diploma, Degree, or Professional Qualification in Quality Management, Printing Technology, Packaging Technology or a related field.
- Sound understanding of Quality Management Systems and quality control processes.
- Experience in conducting quality inspections, product evaluations, and process monitoring.
- Familiarity with root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Knowledge of printing and packaging quality requirements will be advantageous.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and reporting tools.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
- Candidates residing within close proximity to the workplace will be given preference.
