EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's in Finance / Economics / Analytics or related field
WORK EXPERIENCE
- 3-5 years of experience in Pricing Strategy / Revenue Strategy / Analytics roles in Freight Forwarding / Logistics / Supply Chain Operations
HARD SKILLS REQUIRED
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills (data modeling, forecasting, pricing analysis)
- Hands-on experience with: Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ/Billing) ClickUp (or similar project management tools)
- Strong understanding of pricing models, revenue optimization, and financial metrics
- Advanced Excel / data analysis skills (SQL or BI tools are a plus)
SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive pricing structures
- Leverage data models and financial analysis to support pricing decisions
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Product teams to align pricing with GTM strategy
- Maintain and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud workflows
- Use tools like ClickUp to manage pricing projects, workflows, and cross-team coordination
- Build dashboards, pricing models, and performance tracking reports
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency in pricing processes
