Shermans Logistics Ltd is looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our growing sales team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively acquire new customers and expand the client base
- Meet prospective customers, prepare quotations, negotiate rates and close end-to-end shipments
- Manage and grow your customer portfolio to achieve monthly GP and sales targets
- Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular market feedback
REQUIREMENTS
- 1-3 years of sales experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for sales and business development
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Customer-focused and results-oriented mindset
- Relevant academic or professional qualifications
