Group Operations
Group Operations is the central support function of Trillium Group, providing operational, administrative, financial, and corporate support across the Group's Real Estate, Hospitality, and Construction businesses. We are seeking capable, organized, and motivated individuals to contribute to the day-to-day operations and continued growth of the Group.
- Finance Department
- Assistant Accountant — LKR 150,000 per month
- Accounts Executive — LKR 100,000 per month
- Management Operations
- Management Executive — LKR 150,000 per month
- IT Executive — LKR 100,000 per month
- Receptionist — LKR 80,000 per month
Construction & Engineering Division
The Construction & Engineering Division of Trillium Group is responsible for the successful delivery of the Group's residential, commercial, and hospitality developments across Colombo. We are seeking dedicated professionals who are passionate about construction excellence, quality workmanship, and delivering projects to the highest standards.
- Assistant Site Manager — LKR 150,000 per month • 1 Position available
- Quantity Surveyor — LKR 150,000 per month • 1 Position available
- Technical Officers — LKR 80,000 to LKR 100,000 per month • Multiple Positions available
The individuals selected will be posted to our flagship ongoing development: Trillium Duplex Residences – Colombo 5.
Hospitality Division
The Hospitality Division of Trillium Group is responsible for the operation and management of the Group's boutique city hotels, Trillium Boutique City Hotel and Trillium Express City Hotel. Focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service, we are seeking passionate, service-oriented, and motivated individuals to join our growing hospitality team.
- Hotel Manager — LKR 200,000 per month • 1 Position available
- Assistant Manager — LKR 150,000 per month • 1 Position available
The following roles are required for both hotel properties located in Colombo 7:
- Front Office Executives — LKR 100,000 per month • Multiple Positions available
- F&B Executives — LKR 80,000 per month • Multiple Positions available
- Room Attendants — LKR 75,000 per month • Multiple Positions available
- Sous Chefs & CDPs — LKR 100,000 to LKR 150,000 per month • Multiple Positions available
- Commis I, II, III — LKR 60,000 to LKR 80,000 per month • Multiple Positions available
School leavers and Training Positions are also available within all departments of the Hospitality Division.
