Established in 2016 in Sri Lanka, the company collaborates with its subsidiary and associated companies in the United Kingdom, leveraging advanced technology to enhance learning experiences and contribute to improving education for society.
Responsibilities:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate and comfortable using CRM systems and online tools
- Strong willingness to learn and develop customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- 6 months of customer service experience will be an added advantage

Status of the job:
Work from Home
You are required to work parallel to UK office hours. Regular working hours are 01:30 PM to 10:30 PM, and during UK daylight saving time 12:30 PM to 09:30 PM on weekdays. Weekends and UK bank holidays are off.
