KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and manage all day-to-day showroom operations to ensure efficiency and excellence
- Drive sales performance and consistently achieve assigned target
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding customer service
- Maintain high standards of showroom presentation in line with brand guidelines
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure product availability
- Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to optimize results
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing experience preferred
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in retail or showroom management
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage teams effectively
- Good understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and inventory management
- Mobile phone retail experience will be an added advantage.
