Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Certifications in IT (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA, or vendor-related certifications) are a plus
Work Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT coordination, vendor management, or a similar role
- Experience handling IT service providers, infrastructure vendors, or software vendors
Hard Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure (networks, systems, cloud)
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
- Understanding of SLAs, IT support, and troubleshooting
Soft Skills Required
- Strong communication and coordination
- Problem-solving and attention to detail
- Time management and multitasking
- Teamwork and adaptability
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and act as the primary point of contact between the organization and IT vendors/service providers
- Communicate technical requirements clearly to vendors and ensure proper understanding of project scope
- Assist in managing IT procurement, including hardware, software, and services
- Track and follow up on vendor deliverables, incidents, and service requests
- Support troubleshooting by coordinating with vendors to resolve technical issues
- Collaborate with internal IT teams to align vendor services with business needs
