Fabric Sourcing Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop reliable fabric and trim suppliers
- Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors
- Coordinate with merchandising, production, and quality teams
- Analyze fabric costs and ensure competitive sourcing decisions
- Monitor market trends and new material developments
- Ensure timely sourcing to meet production requirements
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Merchandising, Supply Chain, or related field
- 1–5 years of experience in sourcing or merchandising in the apparel industry
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Good knowledge of fabrics, trims, and garment manufacturing process
- Ability to work with international suppliers and fast-paced production environments
- Strong analytical and communication skills
