Vacancy: Receptionist / Office Assistant
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Receptionist cum Office Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling reception duties and customer inquiries
- Managing phone calls, emails, and appointments
- Maintaining bookkeeping records and accounts
- Preparing invoices, receipts, and payment records
- Assisting with administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- Preferably a Male Candidate
