The Ideal Candidate is required to :
- Manage complete production system to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
- Lead, guide and motivate the factory workforce
- Display Strong Leadership and Management Skills
- Have a minimum of 4 Years experience in factory management or production supervision.
- Have a Degree or Diploma in related field
- Work under pressure
- Have excellent communication and coordination skills
