We are on the lookout for highly motivated and talented individuals to join our team on urgent basis to cope with the current expansion taking place within the organization. All selected candidates will be required to work in our Sales Office / Stores / Workshop Complex situated at Niyandagala, Pannipitiya, which is conveniently located in a close proximity to Southern Expressway Inter-change at Kottawa. Candidates residing within 10 Km radius from Kottawa / Homagama are preferred.

TECHNICAL CO-ORDINATOR (MALE / FEMALE)
Duties & Responsibilities
- Be responsible for day-to-day co-ordinating activities of the Technical Department
- Handling correspondence independently
- Liaising with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders
- Attending to customer enquiries and complaints
- Multitasking and prioritizing urgent and important work
- Assist with the preparation of presentation and meeting materials
- Maintaining and updating records of company’s rental fleet
- Attending technical meetings and preparation of minutes
- Preparation of technical reports, KPI analysis
- Willing to perform other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned.
- Be ready to work under pressure and deadlines
- Maintaining confidentiality whilst adhering to data protection policies
Requirements
- Candidates with G.C.E. A/L qualifications preferably in Science / Mathematics / Commerce streams. Credit Pass for English at the G.C.E. (O/L) would be preferred
- A good command of both written and spoken English (with good handwriting) coupled with outstanding communication skills. Candidates who are fluent in English will have a definite advantage over others
- ERP experience though not essential would be advantageous. Knowledge on AutoCad would be advantageous
- Must be a competent and committed individual
- Must be an expert on Office Packages such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience in the areas such as - handling customers and dealing with foreign suppliers would be advantageous. Hands on experience in handling Technical related matters would be advantageous.
- Be ready to work under pressure and meet given deadlines
- Understanding of the engineering and technicalities of the products offered by the organization
- Excellent time and task management skills, including the ability to work on multiple tasks at the same time
- Previous experience in a Sales and Marketing Department in any capacity would be a definite advantage over others. Willing to work long hours, if necessary. Should also be an early bird as well
- Technical qualification and experience in any form would be a definite advantage
