SENIOR EXECUTIVE - PROCUREMENT

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure RM availability within set lead times upon receiving customer PO.
  • Ensure monthly RM stability is achieved according to the planned PCD.
  • Verify PO, PI, and related procurement document accuracy prior to processing.
  • Maintain quarterly supplier scorecards.
  • Monitor supplier payments and ensure suppliers are paid on time.
  • Manage end-to-end procurement activities for raw materials and operational requirements.
  • Process and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.
  • Support inventory control and maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Contribute to cost control and procurement efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
  • Mandatory previous experience in the apparel/manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement procedures and supplier management.
  • Good knowledge of SAP systems and Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel and Word.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
