General Manager / Deputy General Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager / Deputy General Manager to lead LYFE Kitchen. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee the performance of all LYFE Kitchen outlets and central kitchen operations.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Manage budgets, costs, inventory controls, and operational KPIs.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop outlet managers and operational teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support expansion projects.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience managing multi-site operations.
  • Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent understanding of food safety and quality management systems.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess a positive, proactive, and can-do attitude with a strong commitment to excellence and teamwork.
  • Knowledge of Lean Management and continuous improvement methodologies.
