General Manager / Deputy General Manager
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager / Deputy General Manager to lead LYFE Kitchen. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee the performance of all LYFE Kitchen outlets and central kitchen operations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Manage budgets, costs, inventory controls, and operational KPIs.
- Lead, mentor, and develop outlet managers and operational teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support expansion projects.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience managing multi-site operations.
- Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent understanding of food safety and quality management systems.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess a positive, proactive, and can-do attitude with a strong commitment to excellence and teamwork.
- Knowledge of Lean Management and continuous improvement methodologies.
