MAINTENANCE MANAGER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and manage Civil, MEP, HVAC maintenance activities.
- Implement and maintain effective preventive maintenance systems.
- Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed within deadlines and approved budgets.
- Lead and coordinate maintenance teams for smooth operational performance.
- Monitor safety, quality standards, and operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions.
- Develop and maintain maintenance schedules and reporting systems.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Degree / HND / NDT or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 05 years of experience in maintenance management (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical).
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, including deadline achievement and budget control.
- Innovative, analytical, and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Candidates residing in or around Colombo / Gampaha will be given preference.
