Finance Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our company and support strategic business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all finance and accounting functions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and cash flow plans.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Monitor financial performance and provide recommendations to management.
- Maintain effective financial controls and risk management procedures.
Requirements
- Full professional qualification in CA, ACCA, CIMA, or an equivalent recognized Accounting body.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting management.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Good communication skills both in written and oral English and Sinhala.
- Candidates living in close proximity to Kurunegala will be given preference.
