We are currently searching for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to manage our in-house restaurant and guest relations for our growing eco-project in the heart of Arugam Bay.
In this role, you will oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations. You will be responsible for staff recruitment, training, scheduling, financial budgeting, resolving issues and maintaining compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. Your ultimate goal is to maximize profitability while ensuring a high-quality guest experience.
