Sales & Marketing Executive

We are seeking a driven Sales & Marketing Executive to bring these brands to the most prestigious properties in the region.

THE ENVIRONMENT

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of clients across local retail, wholesale, and resort/hotel accounts
  • Identify new opportunities, prospect leads, and conduct regular client visits and follow-ups
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets; support brand activations and trade events
  • Manage company social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) — content, engagement, and reporting
  • Maintain CRM records and submit weekly sales reports to management

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related commercial role
  • Relevant qualification in Business, Sales & Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; knowledge of the Maldivian market is an advantage
  • Social media knowledge is a plus; proficiency in Microsoft Office required
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently; willing to travel for field visits when required

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Starting Salary: From USD 500 per month — negotiable based on qualifications and experience
  • Commission: Performance-based commission on agreed sales targets
  • Salary Review: Targets set on joining; increment reviewed at 6 months based on performance
  • Accommodation & Food: Accommodation and food allowance provided for expatriate candidates
  • Mobile & Transport: Mobile allowance included; transportation provided for field visits
