PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE (FURNITURE)

Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire production process, adjusting schedules to meet deadlines.
- Ensure products meet quality standards through effective quality control procedures.
- Lead a production team by providing supervision, training, and performance evaluations, while fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Promote a safe work environment by ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Continuously improve manufacturing processes by identifying and implementing lean manufacturing techniques.
- Coordinate machinery, equipment maintenance and oversee repairs.
- Optimize operations for efficiency and productivity.
Job Requirements
- Relevant professional qualification in science, engineering, or industrial management field from a recognized institute
- Age above 35 years
- 3 Years executive experience in Furniture manufacturing
- Experience in CAD and CNC Programming/Operating will be an added advantage
