Job Responsibilities
- Assist with meeting room arrangements and provide guest hospitality.
- Support document distribution and general administrative duties.
- Assist with clerical work and day-to-day office operations.
- Manage pantry supplies and ensure the availability of stock.
- Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams when required.
- Handle bank-related tasks such as cheque deposits and other routine transactions.
- Provide reliable support to staff and management, ensuring smooth office operations.
- Work collaboratively with team members and provide support when needed.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or qualification in Business Administration or a related field.
- Previous experience in administration is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail with a positive attitude.
