Overview Of The Role

The Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills, with hands-on experience in managing digital platforms, content, and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, SEO/SEM, email, and web platforms.
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce engaging digital assets.
  • Monitor analytics and performance metrics to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on digital trends and recommend innovative approaches.
  • Support brand visibility and lead generation initiatives.

What Equips You For The Role

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with a data-driven approach.
